Witnessing Workshop Weekend and St. Patrick’s Day Parade Gospel Outreach

Mar 18, 2024

We praise the Lord for blessing our Witnessing Workshop Weekend at Cedar Rapids Bible Chapel. The last time we ran a Witnessing Workshop Weekend was in 2016 right before the inaugural Iowa State Fair gospel booth that was run by Answers in Genesis. I praise the Lord that we had a full house, about 100 people came to get equipped, to learn how to share the faith with boldness and love.

By God’s grace, I spoke five times on Saturday, broken up by a wonderful lunch fellowship put on by the chapel ladies. Then, on Sunday morning, after bringing a sermon on John 3, where we see Jesus stating that “unless one is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God.” about 35 of us Christians from the Witnessing Workshop braved the freezing cold weather and wind chills to share the glorious gospel of Jesus with parade watchers!

Thank you so much for your prayers. The Lord was pleased to move in and through His people that weekend. Here’s a quick video recap of the Witnessing Workshop.
