SUMMARY:Come Get Equipped for Gospel Conversations Before Winter Jam
DESCRIPTION:One of the most overlooked mission fields is the one we often stand in without realizing it—a line. \nAt events like Winter Jam\, where most tickets are purchased at the door\, long lines naturally form. What might feel like wasted time is actually redeemed time. God\, in His providence\, gathers people together and slows them down—creating the perfect environment for Gospel-focused conversation. A long line creates something rare in today’s rushed world: unhurried conversation. There’s time to ask thoughtful questions\, to listen carefully\, and to lovingly point people to Jesus—not with pressure\, but with compassion and clarity. \nAt first glance\, it’s easy to assume that everyone in line at a Christian concert is already a believer. But experience tells a different story. You’ll meet people who grew up in church but have never clearly understood the gospel. Scripture reminds us that proximity does not equal conversion. “Not everyone who says to me\, ‘Lord\, Lord\,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 7:21) You’ll meet friends or family members who are simply tagging along\, curious but unconvinced. And yes\, you’ll meet sincere followers of Christ who love the Lord—but may desperately need encouragement\, reminder\, or renewal. \nAnd when you do meet a fellow believer\, what greater joy is there than to remind one another of the One we’ve centered our lives upon? Sometimes the most powerful moment of the day isn’t leading someone from death to life—but strengthening a weary saint\, stirring gospel boldness\, or reigniting joy in Christ. The gospel is good news not only for the lost\, but for the found. It humbles us\, anchors us\, and reminds us why we live the way we do. \nStanding in line may seem ordinary\, but God delights in using ordinary moments for eternal purposes. In a world filled with noise\, opinions\, and uncertainty\, the simple\, powerful message of who Jesus is and what He has done remains the only true hope. That’s why we’re inviting you to take part in the work of evangelism through our Gospel Outreach at the Winter Jam concert\, where thousands will be waiting in long lines—open moments God often uses to open hearts. \nWinter Jam concerts draw massive crowds\, and with them come long lines—lines filled with people standing\, waiting\, and often willing to talk. These moments are not interruptions; they are divine appointments. While many are coming for music\, we will be there to lovingly point people to the Savior the songs proclaim. \nAs we engage people in line at the Schottenstein Center on the Ohio State University campus\, we’ll share the good news that: \n\nGod is holy and righteous\nWe are sinners in need of mercy\nJesus lived the perfect life we could not live\nJesus died the death we deserved\nJesus rose again\, offering forgiveness and eternal life to all who repent and believe\n\nWe won’t rely on our eloquence. We’ll rely on the gospel\, which is “the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes” (Romans 1:16). Every line holds eternal souls. Every conversation matters. And every believer has been entrusted with the message of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18–20). \nThis outreach isn’t about counting conversations or patting ourselves on the back. It’s about obedience\, love for the lost\, and faithfulness to Christ. Some may hear and walk away. Others may hear and believe. All outcomes belong to the Lord. Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow believers as we share Jesus with people waiting in Winter Jam lines—trusting God to do what only He can do.

SUMMARY:Taking the Gospel to the Marketplace
DESCRIPTION:We’re grateful for the opportunity to take the gospel into the heart Cincinnati at Peddler’s Flea Market. This upcoming evangelism outreach is more than an event—it is an act of obedience to Christ and a joyful opportunity to make His name known. \nJesus told His followers\, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation” (Mark 16:15). The marketplace has always been one of the most natural places for gospel conversations. It’s where people gather\, talk\, browse\, and connect—and it’s exactly the kind of setting where the light of Christ can shine brightly. \nAt this outreach\, we’ll be giving away free Bibles\, Christian DVDs\, and gospel-centered books. These resources are not the message themselves\, but they point people to the true message—the good news that salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone. As Romans 10:17 reminds us\, “Faith comes from hearing\, and hearing through the word of Christ.” Our prayer is that God will use His Word to awaken hearts long after the flea market closes for the day. \nThis is an exciting time for believers to step out in faith and lovingly share the gospel. We are not called to argue or pressure\, but to faithfully proclaim Christ with gentleness and respect (1 Peter 3:15). Some conversations may be brief\, others longer—but every encounter matters. We trust that God is already at work\, preparing hearts before we ever arrive. \nScripture tells us that unbelief is ultimately a spiritual issue. The apostle Paul wrote that “the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers” (2 Corinthians 4:4). That is why prayer is essential. We ask you to join us in praying that God would open blind eyes\, soften hard hearts\, and grant repentance and faith. Only the Holy Spirit can bring conviction and new life (John 16:8; John 6:44). \nWe also invite Christians to come alongside us—not merely as volunteers\, but as worshipers. Evangelism is not a program; it is an overflow of gratitude for what Christ has done. Paul wrote\, “The love of Christ controls us” (2 Corinthians 5:14). When we remember the mercy we’ve received\, sharing the gospel becomes a joy rather than a burden. Our confidence is not in methods\, materials\, or numbers—it is in the power of the gospel itself\, “for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes” (Romans 1:16). \nThank you for praying\, supporting\, and standing with us as we take the good news of Jesus Christ to Peddler’s Flea Market. May God use this outreach to bring eternal fruit\, and may many come to know the Savior who gave His life so that sinners might live. \n \n

DESCRIPTION:A very popular annual tradition for folks from Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky is to gather the night after Thanksgiving to kick off the Christmas season with a party at Fountain Square in downtown Cincinnati. Duke Energy’s “Light up the Square” has Santa rappelling down the side of a high rise building\, a fireworks show\, and the traditional lighting of the Christmas tree. \nFor many years now we’ve gone to this street party\, not for the alcohol and music\, but because the lost are there that need the gospel of Jesus Christ! Join us on Friday\, November 28th at 7pm as we hand out gospel tracts and share the good news that the Light of the World has come and shines in the darkness! \nWe usually stay to share the gospel for a couple of hours\, from 6p-8pm. We’ll meet at the corner of 5th and Walnut\, near Graeter’s Ice Cream. Make sure to dress warmly\, as it’s usually pretty chilly. We’ll bring plenty of gospel tracts for everyone to give out. The closest place to park is the lot right underneath Fountain Square\, probably about $10. DESCRIPTION:Living Water for Zimbabwe: Sharing Christ in Word and Deed\nFrom September 4–25\, I will have the privilege of serving in Zimbabwe on a Christ-centered mission with Brother Bill of Quench Ministries that combines both the physical and spiritual needs of the people. Our team will be drilling two fresh water wells to provide clean\, life-sustaining water to villages that desperately need it. But even greater than physical water\, we go with the good news of Jesus Christ—the Living Water who alone satisfies the soul. \n“Whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again.” (John 4:14) \nPreaching the Word to Pastors\nOne of the great joys of this trip will be preaching and teaching at a week-long Pastors’ Conference. Many Zimbabwean pastors labor faithfully with few resources and little training. Our prayer is that they will be strengthened in God’s Word\, equipped to shepherd their flocks\, and encouraged to boldly proclaim the gospel of Christ in their own communities. \nThe apostle Paul’s words ring true here: “What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also” (2 Timothy 2:2). By God’s grace\, we long to see the gospel multiply through these leaders. \nProclaiming the Gospel to Villagers\nAlongside this\, we will have the privilege of going village to village\, preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. Many will come out to hear\, and we trust the Holy Spirit to open hearts. Our message is simple and unchanging: Christ died for sinners\, He rose again\, and He offers forgiveness and eternal life to all who repent and believe. \nAs Paul said in Romans 1:16\, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel\, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes.” That same power is alive today in Zimbabwe\, just as it is anywhere in the world. \nWater for the Body\, Living Water for the Soul\nThe drilling of fresh water wells will meet an immediate physical need. Yet these wells also serve as a living picture of the gospel we proclaim. Clean water can save lives\, but only Christ can save souls. As we dedicate these wells\, we pray they will be reminders to every villager that the Lord is the true source of life. \n“With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.” (Isaiah 12:3) \nHow You Can Pray\n\n\nPray for the drilling of the wells—that they would be successful and bless entire communities. \n\n\nPray for the Pastors’ Conference—that leaders would be strengthened in Christ and equipped to shepherd well. \n\n\nPray for the villagers—that many would hear\, believe\, and receive the Living Water of Jesus Christ. \n\n\nPray for our team—that we would serve with humility\, boldness\, and love\, making much of Christ in all we do. \n\n\nThis mission is not about us—it is about Christ. May He be glorified in Zimbabwe as His Word is preached\, His people are equipped\, and His gospel goes forth to thirsty hearts. \n \n

DESCRIPTION:There is a great need for “witnessers” to learn to be “witnessing-mentors.” We decided to host a one-day conference to provide training in this area. This conference is a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of bringing a new person along with you as you share your faith. Tony Ramsek will be presenting three sessions\, and we can’t think of a more excellent evangelism mentor. Tony brings people alongside his thought process as he starts conversations and then invites those he mentors into these gospel conversations as their comfort level grows. \nTony will be teaching 3 sessions on how to train others in witnessing.  This is a great opportunity to learn how to better train others as you witness and to encourage them in boldness and obedience. \nLodging is offered at Willowbrook Bible Camp Wednesday August 6th\, and dinner after the parade on the 6th\, and breakfast and lunch will be provided Thursday\, August 7.

DESCRIPTION:Throughout the years\, the Ambassadors’ Academy\, an outreach of Living Waters\, has trained over fourteen-hundred people from every U.S. state and numerous countries in biblical evangelism. Registration is full for 2025\, but let me know if you want to come in 2026. \nAt the Ambassadors’ Academy\, you will get equipped to serve as a bold ambassador of Christ and gain a new passion for the lost. Hosted by seasoned evangelist Ray Comfort and the Living Waters team\, this intensive evangelism training will give you all the tools you need\, regardless of your level of experience. You will be able to share the gospel in an iconic Southern California setting and will enjoy a tremendous time of spiritual growth and personal encouragement. \nThe Ambassadors’ Academy is 3½ days of fast-paced classroom instruction and on-the-street witnessing\, where you will learn to put into daily practice the principles of biblical evangelism. \nYou will receive instruction in how to witness to anyone\, anywhere\, anytime; how to open-air evangelize\, from drawing a crowd to the secret to keeping it; how to start a witnessing conversation and answer tough objections; how to love your neighbor and more. You will then apply what you’ve learned at various locations Southern California has to offer. \nYou will be able to watch our speakers in action as they preach the gospel on the streets. Each participant will have personalized mentoring by a team leader experienced in open-air evangelism and one-on-one evangelism. Your team leader will answer questions\, offer tips and suggestions\, and help you fulfill your goals for your Academy experience. \nThroughout the Academy\, you will enjoy fellowship in the gospel with brothers and sisters in Christ from around the world. Participants often develop friendships with one another that will last a lifetime.
